Joseph is a highly accomplished legal professional with over 30 years of experience in dispute resolution. He has a strong track record in cross-border disputes, international and domestic arbitration, commercial litigation, and mediation. On the non-contentious end, he also advises regularly on corporate/commercial transactions. Joseph has represented clients in various sectors and jurisdictions, with specialised expertise in the commodities, energy, infrastructure, and shipping/maritime industries.
Joseph is a Fellow of both the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also sits as an arbitrator in the reserve panel of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Joseph received his LLB (Hons) from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and is qualified to practice in Singapore, UK and Australia.

Kyle specializes in dispute resolution, with extensive experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation. He has represented clients in major arbitral institutions like SIAC, ICC, LCIA, HKIAC and AAA, as well as all levels of the Singapore courts.
Kyle’s expertise covers both corporate disputes (including commodities, construction, directors & shareholders, shipping, and technology), as well as private client disputes (including employment, defamation, investments, and personal injury). He also has experience in insolvency and bankruptcy matters, having acted for institutional creditors and representing them in committees of inspection.
Kyle received his LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore. He is fluent in English and basic Mandarin. He has also completed a Business Mandarin for Legal Professionals course at the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business.
Kyle is a member of the Singapore Law Society. Pearline was called to the Singapore Bar in 2021 and joined the firm as a dispute resolution lawyer. Prior to joining the firm, Pearline trained at leading law firms with established dispute resolution practices that specialise in the maritime and insurance industries. Pearline also brings with her in-house experience from an established asset management company.

Yen Ting was called to the Singapore Bar in 2023 and joined the firm as an associate in February 2024. Prior to that, she worked at a boutique local law firm specializing in construction disputes. Yen Ting has experience with adjudication applications under the Security of Payment Act (SOP Act), institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, and litigation before the Singapore Courts. Yen Ting’s expertise lies in construction disputes, where she has handled disputes arising from delays, variations, defects and payment claims in high-value projects both locally and internationally. She has represented developers, contractors and subcontractors in a wide range of construction-related disputes, including those resolved through arbitration, adjudication, and litigation.
Yen Ting has also assisted in mediating disputes between construction companies. Her mediation experience extends to proceedings under the auspices of Singapore Mediation Centre, with a focus on Chinese investor clients.
In addition to her dispute resolution work, Yen Ting also represents corporate clients in the commodities, energy, and shipping industries, for both contentious disputes and advisory matters. She has experience advising on contracts in relation to the execution and administration of large-scale development projects, including hotel and resort developments. Yen Ting’s work includes drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate risks and avoid disputes.
Yen Ting graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2019. Yen Ting was also a member of the university’s pro bono society.
Yen Ting is a member of the Singapore Law Society. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, having represented numerous local clients and Chinese clients over her years of legal practice.
Kathleen completed her legal training at the firm and joined as an Associate in September 2023 after being called to the Singapore Bar. She has assisted with a variety of contentious matters including arbitrations under the auspices of SIAC, ICC, and HKIAC, litigation in the State Courts and High Court of Singapore, as well as private mediation and institutional mediation under the auspices of SMC. Kathleen also has experience with contract advisory matters, drafting of legal opinions, and non-contentious probate proceedings.
Kathleen was a recipient of multiple academic awards. She obtained her LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, where she was also the recipient of the prestigious ASEAN Undergraduate Merit Scholarship for the Faculty of Law. During her undergraduate days, Kathleen actively participated in the NUS Catholic Student Society.
Kathleen is a member of the Singapore Law Society and serves as a council member in the Catholic Lawyers Guild. She is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, which enables her adept communication with Indonesian clients and counsels.
Janson began his legal practice at our firm as a trainee, before joining as an Associate in August 2024 after being called to the Singapore Bar. He has also assisted with various non-contentious work such as contract advisory for clients in the commodities, energy, and shipping industries, and probate-related matters.
Janson’s prior work experience includes serving as an Assistant Registrar at the Registry of Marriages where he adeptly managed operations, handles inquires and appeals, and drafted submission for complex cases. He also held the position of Senior Officer at the Tribunal for the Maintenance of Parents, where he provided administrative and secretariat support, drafted legal documents, and managed various cases.
Janson holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Tasmania. During his undergraduate year, Janson served as a tutor for the contract law and legal reasoning modules at the university.
Janson is fluent in English and basic Mandarin. He is a member of the Singapore Law Society.
