Our Journey
At its inception, the firm specialised in serving clients within the shipping, international trade, and construction industries.
With the growth of our team over the years, the firm has developed other niche expertise including banking and finance, real estate disputes, technology and cryptocurrency disputes, and also restructuring / insolvency / bankruptcy disputes.
Besides an established track record in commercial litigation before the Singapore courts, the firm also continues developing its alternative dispute resolution disciplines such as arbitration and mediation. This has allowed us to serve a wider variety of clients in their cross-border disputes, where commercial solutions beyond the courtrooms are key to successful businesses.
